• Global Delivery: We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 3 business days with a standard delivery window of 9–12 days (busy seasons and restocking may affect this).
• Multiple Item Orders: Items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers and delivery times.
• Tracking & Updates: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Returns Policy

• How to Start a Return or Exchange:

• Eligibility Window: Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified store error or a damaged/defective item. In those cases, we may provide a prepaid label.
• Refunds & Store Credit: Approved returns are usually refunded as SAINT CHIC store credit (digital gift card). For items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may refund to the original form of payment at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Once the return carrier shows delivery to our returns address, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect your item and issue your store credit or refund (when applicable).
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: For faster resolution, please email clear photos of the issue and your 5-digit order number to help@saintchic.com.
