Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your SAINT CHIC order. If something isn’t right – including if an item does not fit – you may be able to return it under the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must have been delivered within the last 30 days.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, you must provide clear photos of the item and packaging with your return request.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our self-service returns portal:

  2. Submit your return request using your order details and select whether you prefer a store credit or exchange (when available).

To speed up the review process, please email a clear image of the item to help@saintchic.com along with your 5-digit order number, especially for damaged or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the return is due to a verified store error.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are refunded as SAINT CHIC store credit, issued in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases at saintchic.com.
  • For items that are confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may issue a refund to the original form of payment at our discretion.
  • After your return is received and inspected, store credit or a refund (when applicable) is typically processed within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
