📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items: Email us at help@saintchic.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos, your five-digit order number, and the name used to place the order. We’ll take it from there.
🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit: Items must be unused and in original condition. You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll receive a SAINT CHIC digital gift card.
🚫 Final Sale Items: Swimsuits, custom jewelry, and worn or damaged items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
