COVID-19 & USPS Delays Update it's been a wild ride dealing with delays since the end of March 2020. Upon analyzing our shipping trends for the past few months, most orders are on track to be received between 9-12 days after processing. The USPS is our primary shipper. Please see the USPS website for info on their delays.

Our staff is committed to making sure you get your items.
When you inquire about your order, we will check the progress and push you a tracking number while it is en route to you.
STANDARD SHIPPING means we process your order with the bulk of our other orders. It takes around 5 days to prep, then 6-8 days to actually get to you.
Some items ship from our global warehouses and shipping time may exceed 10 days depending on where you are.
Contents of orders may ship separately. We have multiple warehouses. Your items will have tracking numbers accordingly.
Most customers receive their items between 9-12 days (excluding custom items).
CUSTOM ITEMS may take 3-4 weeks. If you’ve ordered a custom jewelry item, your tracking number will update when the item ships.
GIFT WITH PURCHASE items may be shipped separately from your primary order. It will have a separate tracking number if so.
HOLIDAY SEASONS during the holidays, please expect delayed shipping times. Any courier delays are out of our control.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is a flat fee and the transit times vary depending on location.
North America : 8 Days Transit via US Postal Service
Rest of World: 15 Days Transit via US Postal Service
- We always send a shipping confirmation with tracking.

SAINT CHIC ensures the delivery of each order to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, SAINT CHIC shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund. SAINT CHIC does not take responsibility for lost packages nor stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service and shall in no way be required to issue a refund.
The production & shipping departments are CLOSED Saturdays & Sundays.
