We want you to be happy with your SAINT CHIC order. If something isn't right — including if an item does not fit — you may be able to return it under the policy below.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The item must have been delivered within the last 30 days.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, clear photos of the item and packaging are required with your return request.

How to Start a Return

01 Visit our self-service returns portal at saintchic.returnscenter.com.
02 Submit your return request using your order details and select whether you prefer store credit or an exchange (when available).

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the return is due to a verified store error — in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label or QR code to your email.

Refunds & Store Credit

Store Credit

Approved returns are refunded as SAINT CHIC store credit, issued as a digital gift card.

Where to Use It

Store credit can be applied to future purchases at saintchic.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect may be refunded to the original form of payment at our discretion.

Processing Time

Store credit or refund is typically processed within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the products are damaged or incorrect.
