If an item has been shipped to you damaged, you must send us a photo of the damaged item 24 hours after delivery confirmation and we will gladly exchange your item upon inspection. Send photos to email@example.com , or attach them to your returns request.
If you have received the wrong item, we apologize for the mistake and will send the correct item ASAP. Please indicate “wrong item” on the returns form.

When we receive your item, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the item (minus shipping) to your email.
Please allow 48 hours for an email reply and up to 2 weeks for a store credit.
Some items cannot be exchanged. these items are: Swimsuits, Custom Jewelry, Face Masks.
Our visors are delicate and should be handled with care. On the inside of each visor, there is a thin clear film that can be removed. This is not a damage, but a protective film. You can wear the visor with or without the film. Most times the film will already be removed by our staff.
As with any item, prolonged exposure to the sun is not recommended. Our sun is very damaging to our skin as well as products. There are even times when our iPhones tell us to move our phones out of the sun or they will be damaged. Last week we were at the beach and the sun melted our lipstick through two cotton bags. If the Paparazzi Visor™ is heated at a temperature of 80+ degrees for over an hour, the lens will become damaged. Please handle with care because we do not make refunds for this type of damage.
