xRibbed knit winter beanie with a fold-over cuff and a full, luxe pom. The hat body is 100% acrylic for warmth, shape retention, and stretch; the pom is genuine rabbit fur with a soft, plush hand. A hidden snap secures the pom so it’s removable for washing or travel. Flexible fit for most head sizes: 21–23.5 in. Mid-weight density keeps ears covered without collapse; cuff can be worn folded or extended for extra coverage.
Materials: Hat: 100% acrylic. Pom: rabbit fur; metal snap.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Use our self-service portal:
https://saintchic.returnscenter.com - Eligibility Window: Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified store error or a damaged/defective item. In those cases, we may provide a prepaid label.
- Refunds & Store Credit: Approved returns are usually refunded as SAINT CHIC store credit (digital gift card). For items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may refund to the original form of payment at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Once the return carrier shows delivery to our returns address, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect your item and issue your store credit or refund (when applicable).
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: For faster resolution, please email clear photos of the issue and your 5-digit order number to help@saintchic.com.
