For all returns, please use our Returns Portal. We offer exchanges or store credit only, so choose your favorites wisely!
📸 Damaged Items: Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery via the Returns Portal with a photo attached. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
🔁 Exchange & Store Credit: Unused and in original condition? You’ve got 30 days to initiate an exchange. All returns are refunded as SAINT CHIC digital gift cards, so you can keep shopping the styles you love.
💡 Incorrect Item? If there's a mix-up, simply mark “wrong item” in your returns form. We’ll swiftly exchange it.
🔄 How to Exchange: Submit an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order using our Returns Portal.
📬 Send it Back: Once your return request is approved by email, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item. We’ll email your store credit once we’ve received and inspected your return.
🚫 Final Sale Items: Note that Swimsuits, Custom Jewelry, and Worn Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
❌ Cancellations: Orders can’t be canceled once placed. For details, check out our Terms & Billing page!
