Thank you for choosing SAINT CHIC's Custom Shop! We are excited to create unique and personalized garments just for you. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that outline the ordering process, our policies, and your responsibilities. By making a purchase with us, you are bound by this Custom Apparel Agreement.

Important Details:

• Custom items will be created using intelligent sizing and construction techniques to ensure a perfect fit and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Garments will be created according to the measurements provided by the customer.
• Custom items may take approximately 2-4 weeks to be completed from the time measurements are provided. Please note that this is an estimate, and slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to initiate the creation process.
• In the event that a garment cannot be provided for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Terms and Conditions:

1. **Non-Refundable:** Custom-made items are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.

2. **No Alterations:** Due to the nature of custom-made apparel, alterations cannot be made after the order is placed. It is essential to provide accurate measurements and specifications during the ordering process.

3. **Measurements:** The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements as per the guidelines and instructions provided by SAINT CHIC. We recommend seeking professional assistance or referring to our measurement guide for accurate results.

4. **Quality Assurance:** SAINT CHIC ensures high-quality construction and craftsmanship. However, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to fabric availability or limitations in the production process. These variations should not be considered as defects.

5. **Intellectual Property:** SAINT CHIC retains all rights to any intellectual property, including designs, patterns, and sketches, developed or provided during the custom apparel creation process. These items may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. **Updates and Tracking:** SAINT CHIC will provide regular updates on the progress of your custom order. Once the item is ready for shipment, package tracking details will be provided to ensure you can monitor its delivery.

7. **Liability:** SAINT CHIC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of custom-made garments. The customer assumes all risks associated with wearing and using the products.

By placing an order for custom-made items with SAINT CHIC's Custom Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this Custom Apparel Agreement.
