My hat is ripping.

I absolutely love the hat however, it has begun to rip. I would appreciate a replacement. I wanted to order another in black however, I’m unsure. Thanks for addressing this matter.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility Window: Most items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified store error or a damaged/defective item. In those cases, we may provide a prepaid label.
  • Refunds & Store Credit: Approved returns are usually refunded as SAINT CHIC store credit (digital gift card). For items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may refund to the original form of payment at our discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
