Illusion mesh is designed to disappear into the skin — but when it’s too light or too cool-toned, the illusion is lost. “Do these come in other skin tones?” We get that all the time. While we continue pushing for more inclusive options, the truth is: illusion mesh can be gently dyed at home to match your shade perfectly.

🛠 What You'll Need

Available here: https://amzn.to/42dEIUF

  • Synthetic fabric dye (Rit DyeMore or Jacquard iDye Poly)
  • Disposable gloves
  • Foam sponge brushes or cotton swabs
  • Plastic or glass bowl (never metal)
  • Optional: LED daylight mirror for color matching

💧 How to DTM (Dye to Match)

  1. Start with a diluted mix — a few drops of dye in hot water. Always test on a swatch or hidden seam.
  2. Use a sponge brush or cotton swab to gently apply dye where needed. Avoid soaking the fabric.
  3. Let each layer dry fully before continuing to build up color.
  4. Check in natural or LED light to match your skin tone accurately.
  5. Air dry completely before wearing or styling.
